Brewery at the Catamaran Brewing Company, Pondy

Made from SS304, our two vessel, steam-driven brewhouse is a state-of-the-art design. Mash and lautering happens in one vessel while boiling and whirlpooling happens in another vessel. Our mash is single infusion type, which is ideal for efficient extraction from highly modified, modern 2 row grains.
